A small neighborhood association in southwest Lincoln. We pool a modest annual due to take care of our shared greenspace such as mowing, trees, insurance for the commons. Established in 1976, the Normandy Square Neighborhood Association has a history of being helpful and friendly. We all want the kind of neighborhood that is welcoming, considerate, and safe.
Dues
This year, dues are set at $90 per unit, due by Monday, June 15, 2026. Dues had been at $75 for many years; the modest bump reflects general inflation in vendor costs, projects that we have to complete, and lets us build a small reserve for the things we can't always predict.

Garage sale weekend: July 24th & 25th. We're planning a neighborhood-wide garage sale, with an optional donation table to benefit the HOA. Candidate dates for a different weekend for future years will be floated soon.
Tree planting: this fall. We're adding trees around the perimeter of the commons. If your lot backs up to the greenspace and you'd like to "adopt" a tree, get in touch.
